Leslyn has over 10 years of experience in healthcare, strategic planning and advanced analytics. She is adept at advising clients as they transition into value-based care delivery and reimbursement models and her skill set leverages data-driven analyses to inform strategic and operational decisions for CXOs.

Using a comprehensive approach to value-based care data analytics that incorporates risk contracts, claims, utilization and clinical data sets, she is able to develop advanced models for population stratification and segmentation; cost and utilization analyses, and return-on-investment (ROI). These advanced analytics serve as key inputs to help clients articulate the business case for moving into complex, value-based risk arrangements with payers and health plans.

Before joining Compass Health Advisors, Leslyn worked at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals where she utilized advanced analytics and statistical modeling to assess the financial viability of new indications, create brand strategy, and improve market performance.

Leslyn holds an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business, New York, NY. She received her BA in Economics from Northwestern University, Evanston, IL.
