KRISTINA SPIRES

Consultant

Kristina Spires serves as a Consultant with Compass Health Advisors. She has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Her work is focused on value-based care and Population Health Management (PHM) spanning a wide range of services from operational planning to technology readiness and digital health enablement.

Ms. Spires’ diverse experiences from large-scale project management to clinical informatics and system implementation across a variety of entities along the care continuum has provided a strong foundation of knowledge. This has enabled her to lead and facilitate project engagements with clients moving along their value-based care journey and specifically, in the design and deployment of their PHM and care management infrastructure.

Before joining Compass Health Advisors, she served as a clinical nurse in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings. She has experience in physician relations including recruitment and business development. Most recently, she honed her clinical information technology and Informatics experience by leading the selection and implementation of EMR technology.

Ms. Spires holds a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Healthcare Administration from Troy State University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Medical College of Georgia.
