JOHN EVANS

Manager

John Evans is a Manager at Compass Health Advisors. He is an experienced management consultant with nearly 15 years of experience in healthcare. His diverse educational and professional experiences have enabled him to develop core competencies specific to value-based care and population health management (PHM). His other experiences have been in the areas of project and portfolio management (PPM), revenue cycle, clinical documentation improvement (CDI), M&A / due diligence reviews, physician education and operational process redesign.

This range of experience across healthcare settings and client engagements has provided Mr. Evans with a solid foundation for serving clients transitioning to value-based care delivery and reimbursement models. He has also become highly adaptable in applying his skill sets to complex integrated delivery and academic healthcare organizations requiring effective coordination, communication and execution of objectives across large-scale teams.

Before joining the team, John worked in healthcare industry advisory at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he managed large healthcare provider engagements specific to operational process improvement, revenue cycle optimization and strategic transformation.

John holds an MHA from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles. He received his BA in Economics from Brigham Young University, Provo.
